Why the move to the Holland area? Florida is very transient and I was wanting to live someone to raise a family with great schools and family culture. Being from Texas and Florida I needed to still be close to water. Lake Michigan was such a draw!
Why did you choose Park Township for your vacation rental?
The choice was obvious. I love everything the area offers. Bike paths, parks, beaches, restaurants and ice cream. I found that when I was vacationing I was always looking for places to stay that were just like Park Township.
What do you like about the Holland area?
Holland is such a good mix of big city and small town. I love that it’s a community you can count on, you can have fun in and you can have a successful business.
Tell us a bit more about yourself!
I have two girls who attend school at Black River High School. I have been very involved coaching volleyball and tennis. I also have a bonus daughter who just finished her first year at Grand Valley. I play tennis on several USTA tennis teams to alleviate the stress of having three teenage girls!
What is your hope for Park Township Neighbors?
I hope that we are able to find some middle ground that allows homeowners to use the homes as their purchase was intended. I feel strongly the work that we are doing is important. Not only for us, but for generations to come.
